Full job description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations during service hours.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area.
  • Monitor reservations, guest seating, and table turnover to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Greet and interact with guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure guests receive excellent service, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and report trends or areas for improvement to senior management.
