Job Description:

The Flight Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing all services related to flight operations, including obtaining necessary permits, arranging ground handling, fueling, catering, hotel accommodations, and coordinating crew and passenger transportation. The coordinator ensures that all services are delivered promptly and meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Note: A background in flight support or flight coordination is highly preferred. Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Coordination: Organize and oversee all services required for each flight, tailored to client specifications.
• Management Collaboration: Work closely with management to provide flight reports and consult on operational matters.
• Flight Monitoring: Track the status of all scheduled and ongoing flights, from departure to arrival, ensuring timely updates.
• Timely Operations: Ensure that all services are executed efficiently to maintain on-time flight schedules.
• Delay Management: Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed post-flight reports for the finance department.
• FBO Management: Select and maintain relationships with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), ensuring database accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all operations.
• Client Quoting: Provide accurate cost estimates to clients as directed by management.
