Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to manage, monitor, and maintain the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fleet maintenance operations.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor vehicle performance and ensure adherence to maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including service history and inventory.
• Manage and supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and maintenance resources.
• Analyze fleet performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive supervision.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Experience in managing a team of technicians or mechanics.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.
