Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group fitness sessions.
  • Design customized workout plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Ensure safety during workouts and maintain gym equipment.
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve consistent results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified fitness trainer or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Experience in personal training or group coaching is preferred.
  • CPR/first aid certification is a plus.
