Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group fitness sessions.
- Design customized workout plans based on client needs and goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
- Ensure safety during workouts and maintain gym equipment.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve consistent results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified fitness trainer or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Experience in personal training or group coaching is preferred.
- CPR/first aid certification is a plus.
