Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced coach to conduct group and personal training sessions in functional strength, martial arts, HIIT, mobility/stretching, and general fitness in the gym. The ideal candidate will motivate clients, create personalized programs, ensure safety and correct exercise technique, and help clients achieve their goals in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group training sessions (Functional Strength, Martial Arts, HIIT, Mobility/Stretching, Fit-Cross, Gym Workouts)
- Create and adapt training programs according to clients’ goals and fitness levels
- Monitor clients’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure safety and proper exercise technique
- Maintain a motivating and friendly atmosphere in the club
- Assist with fitness assessments and nutrition guidance (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fitness coach, functional strength trainer, or martial arts instructor
- Knowledge of functional training, martial arts, HIIT, Fit-Cross, and gym workouts
- Fitness or martial arts certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels
Compensation Options:
1. Fixed Salary Option:
- AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
- 40% commission from personal training sessions
- 20% commission from single drop-in sessions
- Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off
2. Commission-Based Option:
- 50% commission from personal training sessions
- 20% commission from single drop-in sessions
- Part-time schedule
Additional Info:
- Performance targets apply: a plan for the number of sessions conducted and overall targets. If targets are not met, the commission percentage from personal training sessions may be reduced.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
