Key Responsibilities

- Drive client acquisition strategies focused on high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through trust and professionalism.
- Train team members in consultative selling, wealth advisory, and portfolio management solutions.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives and scaling aspirations.
- Monitor performance metrics, set clear targets, and ensure consistent delivery.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of portfolio and wealth management solutions, with experience serving high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Proven experience in handling high-value financial products or services.
- Previous leadership role in portfolio management, wealth management, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and grow a sales team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) are an advantage.
