  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through trust and professionalism.
  • Train team members in consultative selling, wealth advisory, and portfolio management solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives and scaling aspirations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, set clear targets, and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of portfolio and wealth management solutions, with experience serving high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
  • Proven experience in handling high-value financial products or services.
  • Previous leadership role in portfolio management, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and grow a sales team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) are an advantage.
