We are hiring an experienced Investment Support Specialist , If you have a strong background in financial operations and vendor coordination, and you’re ready to contribute to a fast-paced investment environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Review Proof of Execution (POE) and validate invoices
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to release vendor payments
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers on investment-related matters
- Assist in budget preparation, fund tracking, and allocation
- Maintain accurate records and reports for investment activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or investment support
- Strong understanding of financial documentation and budgeting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in accounts payable or vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Own visa preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive salary up to AED 12,000/month, based on experience
