Job Summary:

Are you passionate about specialty coffee and skilled in finance management? We are looking for a motivated Finance and Store Keeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle financial transactions, manage inventory, and ensure that our coffee operations run smoothly. If you have a keen eye for detail and a love for all things coffee, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and banking activities.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels of specialty coffee products.

Prepare financial reports and budgets to monitor performance against targets.

Collaborate with suppliers to maintain relationships and negotiate pricing.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Assist in training staff on inventory management procedures and financial best practices.

Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies or issues.

Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our specialty coffee offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience in finance management or bookkeeping; experience in retail is a plus.

A strong understanding of inventory management principles.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

A genuine passion for specialty coffee and knowledge of the industry is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
