We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with strong experience in the Auto, FMCG and Banking industry to lead and oversee all financial operations within our organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and analysis, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, payroll, and tax compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
- Monitor compliance with applicable tax regulations and ensure timely filing of VAT, TDS, and other statutory submissions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including real estate statutory requirements
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide financial strategies and policies to enhance performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial guidance, support decision-making, and drive sustainable growth
Requirements:
- Strong background in the Real Estate industry
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, including managerial or supervisory roles
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, reporting standards, and internal controls
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
