AABTools is seeking for dynamic inside sales individuals who have a complete command over the trade of selling industrial products and also are great at building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
- Performing demonstrations & trials for customers wherever required
- Explaining the features and benefits of the products to the customers
- Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommending the right product as per their application
- Schedule training sessions for the customers as well as for the team whenever necessary
- Identifying new customers and sites regularly
- Interactions and take up dates about the progress of prospective sites from customer
- Provide excellent overall customer service
- Compelling and documenting reports on customer visit, market visit and information
- Timely forecasting of the right products
- Address customer issues and concerns in fixed time frame
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of 2-4 years in selling industrial products
- Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
- Tactful and smart to handle customer objections and present solutions and options to specify products
- Energetic and result orientated
- Valid UAE driver’s license for light motor vehicles
