Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and manage F&B associates, ensuring proper grooming and adherence to service standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and collecting feedback.
- Operations & Quality Control: Oversee service flow, coordinate with kitchen/bar, monitor food/drink quality, and ensure timely order delivery.
- Inventory & Costs: Manage stock levels, order supplies, control inventory costs, and monitor labor costs.
- Hygiene & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, monitor sales, and assist with budgets and promotions.

Typical Qualifications:
- High school diploma (hospitality/management diploma preferred)
