Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an F&B Hostess/Barista. The role involves greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, providing excellent customer service, and preparing beverages. The position also requires ensuring the high quality and presentation of beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and assisting in improving the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver a positive guest experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing reservations and handling phone etiquette professionally
• Knowledge of preparing and serving various beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience as a Barista is a plus
• Knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing methods
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
