Hostess Arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities:-

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage guest waitlist.
• Guide guests to available seating and ensure cleanliness of front-of-house areas.
• Provide menus and basic information about restaurant offerings.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and pleasant reception area.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Requirements:-

• Previous hostess or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat appearance and professional demeanour.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
