Sea Point Hotels, on the captivating Dubai Islands, is seeking a warm, professional, and guest-oriented Hostess (Russian Speaker) to be the welcoming face of our dining venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests in Russian and English.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns politely.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Fluency in Russian and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a busy environment.
