As an F&B Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the F&B department. Your responsibilities include coordinating various F&B activities, assisting in event planning, maintaining inventory records, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Head Food & Beverage in coordinating and executing various F&B activities and events.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of menus, promotions, and special events in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of F&B operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of F&B inventory, including supplies, equipment, and menu items.
  • Assist in monitoring F&B budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
    Coordinate communication between the F&B department and other hotel departments for effective teamwork.
  • Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries related to F&B services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and drive revenue.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the F&B department and external vendors or suppliers.
    Participate in F&B meetings, providing input and support to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to contribute to menu planning and improvements in service quality.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety protocols and hygiene standards in F&B operations.
