F&B Captain

Job Description

  • Assist the F&B Supervisor whenever required
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Heartists personnel
  • Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure consistent high-level service and customer satisfaction
  • Manage Heartists schedules and handle operational logistics
  • Liaise between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
  • Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies and equipment
  • Train new Heartists and conduct regular team meetings
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B service
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
