Key accountabilities:
- Provide appropriate administrative support service in the Faculty Office.
- Manage the calendars for heads of schools.
- Coordinate the activities related to the executive learning program
- Coordination of students’ events and activities, including innovation fairs, camps, visibility events, guest speakers.
- Coordinate student recruitment events and industry outreach activities, including visits from external stakeholders.
- Collect CHEDS & KHDA research related data.
- Assist staff with research related claims, expenditures, and conference applications.
- Organize faculty committees and record the minutes.
- Keep track of service contributions of faculty members.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, education management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Formal training or certification in event management, administrative support, or academic operations (desirable).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, office management, or event coordination, preferably within higher education.
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, organizing events, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting for regulatory bodies such as CHEDS and KHDA.
- Experience providing administrative support for faculty committees, including scheduling, document preparation, and minute recording.
