Job Description

• Cooperate in formulating goals, strategies, and annual plans and budgets and supervise and cooperate in their implementation
• Supervise and cooperate in formulating production operational plans and communicating and supervising their implementation
• Supervise and cooperate in formulating maintenance and repair operational plans and communicating and supervising their implementation
• Supervise the cooperation of subordinate departments with quality control management and efforts and commitment to improve quality
• Cooperate in formulating policies, guidelines and programs in the field of human resources and supervise and cooperate in their implementation
• Supervise and cooperate in implementing quality standards in the fields of management, safety, environment and occupational health
• Supervise and cooperate in the field of material and warehouse planning

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with procurement

· Familiarity with quality standards in management and QHSE areas
· Familiarity with sales
· Familiar with team building and teamwork
· Appropriate communication skills
· Analytical skills
· Familiar with problem-solving methods
· At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (industrial, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering fields are preferred)
