Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations, maintaining office organization, and supporting both management and agents with essential administrative tasks.

Primary Duties

  • Welcome clients and visitors while maintaining a clean, presentable reception area
  • Prepare meeting rooms, serve refreshments, and assist with guest hospitality
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Handle daily opening and closing procedures and ensure office supplies are replenished
  • Liaise with maintenance and cleaning staff to keep the office functioning efficiently
  • Assist with staff onboarding and maintain attendance records
  • Keep administrative trackers, lead sheets, and deal documents updated
  • Support agents with listing uploads, documentation, and coordination tasks
  • Organize invoices, manage expense logs, and maintain proper filing systems
  • Create simple promotional materials and templates using Canva

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative (real estate experience)
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients
  • Skilled in Real Estate Administration Tasks (Contracts, Forms & Listing )
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused
  • Fluent in English
