We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the maintenance team.
  • Apply for necessary permits and ensure all required paperwork is completed
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Source and procure materials
  • Update the client and the team regularly on work status and any potential changes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with permit applications, material sourcing
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of service quality.
