We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the maintenance team.
- Apply for necessary permits and ensure all required paperwork is completed
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules to ensure timely completion
- Source and procure materials
- Update the client and the team regularly on work status and any potential changes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with permit applications, material sourcing
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of service quality.
