Exhibition Officer

Full job description

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define exhibition themes and content.
  • Supervise outsourced companies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with Library policies and quality standards.
  • Develop and monitor detailed timelines for planning and execution.
  • Oversee venue preparation, exhibition setup, and technical readiness.
  • Manage exhibition design, display platforms, and interactive media.
  • Ensure proper handling, safety, and preservation of exhibits before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with curators and content owners to select and organize displayed materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns, media coverage, and promotional activities.
  • Build partnerships with cultural institutions, museums, and related entities to attract new participation.
  • Prepare post-exhibition reports including statistics, feedback, and improvement recommendations.
  • Evaluate overall exhibition performance against set objectives and propose enhancements for future events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Media or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in organizing events or exhibitions.
