We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO .The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and prior experience working in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Candidates : Proficency in English, urdu and Hindi .
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE hospitality sector is preferred.
- Immediately available candidates will be prioritized.
