The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors professionally
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports (including dictation and transcription)
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the management and design teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an architectural or consulting office
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and basic design documentation an advantage
  • Excellent English communication and typing skills
  • Ability to take dictation and prepare correspondence independently
  • Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
