Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support projects and assist with research and data preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience as an Executive Secretary/Assistant.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
