Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of a 5★ luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house meet 5★ cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs and quality control procedures.
  • Manage inventory, linen control, and ordering of supplies.
  • Conduct inspections and handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering departments.
  • Manage departmental budget and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5★ hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping systems and modern cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
