Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of a 5★ luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house meet 5★ cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs and quality control procedures.
- Manage inventory, linen control, and ordering of supplies.
- Conduct inspections and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering departments.
- Manage departmental budget and staff scheduling.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5★ hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping systems and modern cleaning equipment.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
