Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Providing administrative support.
  • Receiving documents and updating status on the system.
  • Document control specialists for Verification of Sales & Purchase orders.
  • Assignment- Ready Property – Verification & Archiving, Off Plan – Verification, Execution & Archiving.
  • Early Handover/ Handover- Verification, Execution & Archiving.
  • Scanning of signed docs- SPA, T-Bits version comparison, Binding, Document movement Tracking, Signing from various signatories.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years related work experience in office work, documentation, verification.
  • Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
  • Should be able to validate documentation – find mistakes and discrepancies in documentation
