About Us:
Kelly’s Cajun Grill is a fast-growing restaurant brand known for bold Cajun flavors and quality food. We are hiring an Operations Manager and an Executive Chef for our Central Kitchen, which supports our multiple outlets.

Positions Available:

Operations Manager – Central Kitchen

  • Oversee daily central kitchen operations, production planning, and distribution.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff while managing inventory and cost controls.
  • Previous central kitchen or commissary management experience required.

Executive Chef – Central Kitchen

  • Lead culinary operations, menu execution, and recipe standardization.
  • Manage large-scale food production for multiple outlets.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain culinary excellence.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef in a central kitchen or high-volume operation required.
