Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand support for senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day administrative, operational, and strategic tasks are handled efficiently. You’ll enable the leadership to focus on high-impact decisions by managing schedules, coordinating projects, communication, and acting as a liaison across teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, travel and logistics for senior executives across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs; analyse data and distil insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication internally (with consulting, operations, finance, tech teams) and externally (partners, investors, vendors).
  • Assist in project management tasks: track deliverables, follow up with relevant parties, ensure timeline adherence.
  • Organise board or leadership meetings: prepare agenda, distribute materials, take minutes, follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks: research, budgeting assistance, vendor management, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role in an international environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Skilled in digital tools: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), calendar and travel tools, possibly project management software.
  • Proactive attitude: anticipate needs, take initiative, problem-solve before things escalate.
  • Comfortable working across departments (consulting, investment, operations) and liaising with diverse stakeholders.
