Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and email management, travel coordination, and preparation of presentations and reports. In addition to executive support, this role will also take ownership of the company’s social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Manage company social media accounts and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events with the management.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and posting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Google Workspace and Zoom
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a specialization in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Creative mindset with willingness to network with people
