About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, Reservations and Call Center, you will beresponsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the hotel’s reservations and call centre operations. This role focuses on documentation, data management, reporting, coordination, and internal communication to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy of records, and compliance with hotel policies, while supporting guest service and reservation functions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in hospitality training or a related field. You should be service-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. You should also demonstrate excellent administrative skills, along with strong planning and analytical capabilities.
