We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to provide direct support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, manage priorities efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Track and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and initiatives assigned by the CEO
  • Organize executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and full compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant/Admin roles
  • Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage)
  • Excellent MS Office and document management skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
