We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to provide direct support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, manage priorities efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Track and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and initiatives assigned by the CEO
- Organize executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and full compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant/Admin roles
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage)
- Excellent MS Office and document management skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
