Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to operate a variety of heavy machinery for construction, excavation, roadwork, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on construction and job sites
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections and report equipment condition
• Follow project plans, site requirements, and supervisor instructions
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures
• Assist crew members with additional duties when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator
• Valid operator certification or license, if required
• Experience with equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, skid steers, or backhoes
• Knowledge of job site safety standards and procedures
• Ability to read plans or blueprints is a plus
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail
