Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and organized Event Executive (Banquet) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of banquets, weddings, corporate events, and special functions while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute banquet and event operations
  • Liaise with clients, banquet managers, and internal teams
  • Ensure event setups meet client and brand standards
  • Handle event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Support billing, contracts, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with hotel and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in banquet or event operations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
