• Handle customer enquiries regarding cake prices, event packages and convert those enquiries to confirmed orders through effective up-selling techniques.
• Responsible for the setup and execution of party bookings. Coordinating with different vendors for setups and party collaborations.
• Responsible to create packages tailored to guest’s/customers’ requirements with high apt up-selling and business techniques.
• Pitching the business to corporate clients and venues for supplying cakes.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all agreed party requirements which includes cost, menu, decorations and other services.
• Responsible for post-party / event follow up and ensuring that customer feedback forms/reports are completed and shared with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.
• Handling all financial and administrative tasks of the business.

Qualifications: –

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must have 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in the same capacity or similar field
• Prior cake shop or party venue experience is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills and hosting skills required.
• Must be able to host a variety of functions and games for clients.
• Ladies preferred
• Arabic speaking will be preferred.
