About the Role

As the Event Account Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—from client kickoff to post-event wrap-up. You will manage multiple accounts, oversee timelines, budgets, and logistics, and serve as the key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is both left- and right-brained: a strategic thinker with razor-sharp organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing expectations, goals, and deliverables
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding brand objectives and translating them into action
  • Prepare and lead client meetings, updates, and status reports

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure all team members, vendors, and stakeholders are aligned and on track
  • Manage approvals, feedback cycles, scope changes, and execution across departments
  • Oversee risk management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and manage detailed project budgets and reconcile expenses
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, SOWs, and invoices
  • Track profitability and performance metrics for internal and client reporting
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and debriefs to optimize future projects

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in event management, project management, or account management with agency and pharmaceutical or medical background
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects and events with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Expert multitasker who thrives under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Willingness to travel for on-site event execution (approx. 10–20% depending on project load)
