Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve future events.
Project Coordination
- Assess project feasibility, logistics, and costs.
- Align all internal teams on tasks, deadlines, and objectives.
- Gather and track deliverables such as flight permits, animations, and documentation.
Logistics & Planning
- Coordinate transportation of drones and equipment, including required shipping permits.
- Manage travel arrangements for the operational team.
- Monitor and calculate transport and related event costs.
Event Execution
- Oversee show operations on-site and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all technical and operational elements follow company standards.Build a professional and positive relationship with the client during the project.
Post-Event Review
- Collect internal and client feedback after each show.
- Lead post-show reviews to identify improvements and best practices.
- Track performance metrics to improve future events.
Travel
- Travel internationally or domestically (sometimes last-minute) to manage events and meet clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); a second language is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain available across time zones during projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- The ability to travel last minute to all countries over the world
