Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve future events.

Project Coordination

  • Assess project feasibility, logistics, and costs.
  • Align all internal teams on tasks, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Gather and track deliverables such as flight permits, animations, and documentation.

Logistics & Planning

  • Coordinate transportation of drones and equipment, including required shipping permits.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the operational team.
  • Monitor and calculate transport and related event costs.

Event Execution

  • Oversee show operations on-site and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure all technical and operational elements follow company standards.Build a professional and positive relationship with the client during the project.

Post-Event Review

  • Collect internal and client feedback after each show.
  • Lead post-show reviews to identify improvements and best practices.
  • Track performance metrics to improve future events.

Travel

  • Travel internationally or domestically (sometimes last-minute) to manage events and meet clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); a second language is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain available across time zones during projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • The ability to travel last minute to all countries over the world
