Responsibilities:

• Driving from storage\office to an event venue.
• Installing and setting up equipment correctly with the help of an assistant. Equipment may include photo, video, printing, and backdrop items.
• To operate equipment correctly, as per training provided, in order to let guests get maximum positive emotions. To assist guests if there is no hostess.
• To build rapport with guests during an event, to have fun, and to energize them, in order to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Communicate them to management and support. If possible, to fix on the spot.
• Tearing down equipment by the end of an event, with help an assistant, and loading equipment back to a vehicle (van \ light vehicle).
• Driving back to the storage\office and arrange back the equipment acordingly.

• Good clear spoken English
• Hands-on, practical person who can take instruction easily.
• Flexible and adaptable person, capable of meeting work demands and working to tight turnaround times.
• Self-reliant person who can operate independently, work on his/her own initiative but is also a good team player.
• Well presentable person clean and tidy in appearance.
• Approachable person with a good manner and good customer service ethos.
• Driving license UAE Light vehicle.
• Can handle max 10-15 kg weights if assistant is not available.

Experience requires:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
