• Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment and machinery with utmost precision and care
• Execute meticulous cleaning, pressing, and finishing processes for a diverse range of garments and fabrics
• Demonstrate expertise in identifying and treating various stain types, employing appropriate and effective cleaning methodologies
• Ensure the highest standard of care and handling for clients’ personal belongings
• Implement rigorous inventory management practices for cleaning supplies and materials

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in dry cleaning or laundry services; experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Proficiency in dry cleaning techniques and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of fabric care and stain removal methods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
