Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver & Studio Production Assistant to support our production team with both transportation and on-set logistics. The role combines safe, punctual driving duties with hands-on assistance in daily studio operations, equipment handling, and production setup.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties

• Safely transport production crew, artists, and equipment to and from filming locations, studios, and offices.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of company vehicles at all times.
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment, props, and materials.
• Handle vehicle documentation, fuel logs, and maintenance scheduling.

Production Assistance

• Support production setup including lighting, props, and studio arrangement.
• Assist with on-location shoots, ensuring equipment and materials are properly handled.
• Help maintain studio cleanliness, order, and readiness for daily operations.
• Coordinate with production and administrative teams for logistical needs.
• Run errands related to production (purchases, deliveries, permits, etc.).
• Provide general assistance to the director, crew, and talent during shoots.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE (experience with production or media industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment handling is an advantage.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and on-location shoots.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced production environments.
