Driver / Clerk

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our team as an Diver/Clerk. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Errands: Run office-related errands such as purchasing office supplies, handling deliveries, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Document Handling: Assist in organizing and filing documents, both in physical and electronic formats.
  • Communication Support: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing correspondence and packages.
  • Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with Office Tasks: Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Support Team Members: Assist colleagues with tasks as needed to contribute to overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional courses in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
