Job Description

• Safely transport staff, engineers, inspectors, and materials to and from site, office, or client locations.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is operated in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Conduct daily checks of the vehicle (fuel, oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, etc.) and report any defects immediately.
• Ensure valid vehicle registration, insurance, and necessary permits are available in the vehicle.
• Follow approved routes and schedules; report any delays or incidents promptly.
• Support site operations by delivering documents, samples, tools, or small materials when required.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records as per company requirements.
• Adhere strictly to site safety rules, PPE requirements, and HSE policies.
• Avoid misuse of the vehicle and do not allow unauthorized passengers.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, or near misses immediately to the line manager.
• Assist staff during mobilization and demobilization activities as instructed.
• Perform any other duties related to transportation as assigned by management.
