Job Summary

The Lady Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for Rakhat Construction staff, visitors, and management across Dubai and other UAE locations as required. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE roads, excellent driving habits, and a professional, service‑oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport Rakhat Construction staff, clients, and guests to and from offices, sites, meetings, and other designated locations.
• Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and road conditions, to ensure timely arrivals.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and well‑maintained (fuel, oil, tires, lights, registration, and insurance up to date).
• Comply with all UAE traffic regulations and Rakhat Construction’s driving and safety policies at all times.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle and loading/unloading documents, PPE, or small items as needed.
• Maintain a simple log of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and scheduled services as required by the company.
• Immediately report any accidents, vehicle issues, or traffic fines to the line manager.
• Handle information about staff and management movements with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support occasional office errands such as document delivery, bank runs, or purchasing minor items when requested.

Qualifications & Skills

• Female candidate with a valid UAE light vehicle driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai and other major emirates
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas, and main business districts; comfortable using GPS/navigation apps.
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on project needs.
