Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and Reliable Transportation: Transporting passengers to and from destinations safely and on time.
• Route Planning: Planning efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness, fuel levels, and general upkeep.
• Customer Service: Providing a professional and courteous experience for passengers.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality regarding passenger information.
• Administrative Tasks: Keeping mileage logs, expense reports, and other documentation.
• Emergency Procedures: Knowing how to handle emergencies and provide assistance if needed.

Skills Required:

• Driving Skills: Proficient and safe driving skills, especially in city traffic and on highways.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Ability to plan efficient routes and use navigation systems.
• Customer Service: Friendly and courteous interactions with passengers.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Time Management: Ability to manage schedules and arrive on time.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication and the ability to communicate clearly with passengers.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions.
• Arabic is a plus.
