Full job description

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient trip
• Pick up vehicles from customer locations as per the committed date and time
• Inspect vehicles appropriately upon collection and document observations
• Record and communicate customer concerns clearly on job documents
• Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and notes
• Ensure all customer belongings are checked and removed before each transaction
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comfort at all times
• Arrange and attend regular service appointments; report any issues promptly
• Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before returning the vehicle
• Deliver the vehicle back to the customer in proper condition and on time

Educational Qualification:

• Basic Education

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (vehicle driving, pick-up/delivery, or customer-facing automotive service)

Competencies:

• Safe and responsible driving
• Attention to detail in inspection and documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow schedules and commitments
• Teamwork and coordination with workshop/service staff

Languages:

• English (required)
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
