Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing and organizing the inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items.
- Prepare and issue materials to departments as requested.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
