Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control all survey-related documents, reports, and drawings
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control
  • Prepare document transmittals and maintain document registers
  • Coordinate with surveyors and project teams for timely submissions
  • Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • Knowledge of survey documents/drawings is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
