Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all survey-related documents, reports, and drawings
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control
- Prepare document transmittals and maintain document registers
- Coordinate with surveyors and project teams for timely submissions
- Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Knowledge of survey documents/drawings is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
