Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and control company documents (hard & soft copies)
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain document registers and track document status
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
- Ensure documents comply with company and project standards
- Support admin and project teams with documentation needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as a Document Controller
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
