Job Description:
We are seeking a Procurement Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining procurement-related documents and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control procurement documentation, contracts, and records.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate document flow.
- Maintain up-to-date logs and filing systems (electronic & hard copies).
- Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Support procurement team with document preparation, submission, and archiving.
Requirements:
- UAE construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Nationality: Candidates must be from Philippines
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in procurement or related field.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
