Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Maintain document registers and filing systems.
- Distribute drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control and document tracking.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports related to document status and submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume documentation accurately.
- Experience with Aconex or similar systems is a plus.
