Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Maintain document registers and filing systems.
  • Distribute drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper version control and document tracking.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare reports related to document status and submissions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume documentation accurately.
  • Experience with Aconex or similar systems is a plus.
