Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control company documents, ensuring proper filing and version control.
  • Maintain an organized electronic and physical document management system.
  • Ensure all project and operational documents are accurately labeled and updated.
  • Track, retrieve, and distribute documents as requested by internal teams.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission or filing.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
  • Assist in creating document templates and ensuring consistent formatting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
